The tools you actually need to open a nutrition clinic

Most new clinics buy software before they have a waiting room. A booking widget, a CRM, a diet-plan PDF tool, a chat app, a form builder, a spreadsheet. Six logins later, patients still message you on WhatsApp.
Bootstrapping a nutrition clinic is not a hospital IT project. You need a small stack that does three jobs well: people can find you, you can run the relationship, and you can get paid. Everything else can wait.
Start with NutriFit. It is the clinic tool.
This is the one that should sit in the middle. NutriFit is built for a two-sided clinic: you manage and message patients from the clinic side, and they use the app to find nearby specialists, book, write in a daily meal journal, and keep habits. That is the work of a nutrition practice. A generic EMR is not.
If you only turn on one product in week one, make it this. Notes, schedules, and meal logs in three different places is how clinics lose the thread by patient number twenty.
What else is worth paying for
A public face. Google Business Profile is enough at the start. A one-page site if you already have one. Do not delay opening because the website is not pretty.
A way to get paid. Bank transfer, a local payment link, or an invoice template. Fancy billing can wait until you have a caseload.
A simple ledger. A spreadsheet for money in and money out is a clinic tool. Accounting software is optional until tax season actually hurts.
What to skip
Hospital-grade records systems, separate chat apps, and five 'AI diet' subscriptions. They fragment the patient story. NutriFit already covers the clinic work that matters: who your patients are, when you see them, what they ate, and how you talk to them.
Open the clinic. Put NutriFit at the center. Add the rest only when a real bottleneck shows up.
